Melrose Commons Park Comfort Station

DMB Construction assisted with the build of 5 new comfort stations for NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. We installed Aerated Concrete Block (AAC) which are similar to CMU but have many pros such as fire and water resistance and high thermal insulation. Also installed on these projects were Elgin Butler glazed brick, leaving each building with a unique color.
