Nicole SwartoutPRESIDENT / OWNER

As President of DMB Construction, Nicole maintains a hands-on role in every aspect of the company. She provides leadership and direction that maximizes the company goals of profit, quality and client service while maintaining a high standard of ethics, integrity and trust. Nicole works with personnel to minimize risk and increase safety, closely monitoring all Tool Box Meetings and safety and loss runs. Nicole works diligently to drum up new business while ensuring satisfaction of current clients. Nicole has solid knowledge of construction processes and procedures and is responsible for goals being established and met.

Erin EganVICE PRESIDENT / OWNER

With 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Erin has extensive knowledge of masonry restoration and concrete repair work. She is familiar with the procedures of all major agencies and unions. Involved in all facets of the company from contract negotiations to audit and control, Erin fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. She helps to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available. Utilizing her skills and experience and along with help from her team, Erin has grown DMB sales by over $7,000,000 over the course of the three years. Erin also orchestrates all the company charitable contributions at various times throughout the year. Erin has been a member of the National Association of Professional Women since 2015.
